We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at the CODE-ZERO Store in Palma. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your duties will include providing exceptional customer service, promoting products and services, processing sales transactions and maintaining the store's cleanliness and visual appeal.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, fitting room and backroom.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise.
- Follow store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and employees.
- Participate in promotional events and initiatives to increase sales and customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales and customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in Spanish and German or English is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and evenings.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Passion for fashion and the retail industry.
